Sengkang URA Master Plan 2019

According to the URA Master Plan 2019, Sengkang will see more improve amenities and lifestyle destination in the coming years. Access to recreational facilities and green spaces will be improve. More jobs will be available from the Seletar Aerospace Park and the upcoming Punggol Digital District.

THE OVAL @ SELETAR AEROSPACE PARK
Visitors can anticipate new amenities at The Oval, with the refurbishment of thirteen bungalows set to be completed in 2019.

PARK AT HAMPSTEAD GARDENS
The natural beauty of the existing wetlands will be enhanced, transforming it into a park for recreation and nature appreciation.

ROUND ISLAND ROUTE

BUANGKOK INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT
A mixed-use development is set to open by 2025, integrating Buangkok MRT Station with a bus interchange, community club, hawker center, and retail facilities. Residents can also enjoy expansive public spaces designed to foster community interactions and social events.
